Shipping Information:

Depending on the item that is order, we hope that we have items shipped out within the 1st week that you ordered. But we will advise of of each step and where we are from ordering to embroidering, then to shipping your order out. But if your order is a rush, please let us know so that we can try to complete your order the date that you need it. Multi items ordered of the same item or different ones may result in a higher shipping rate that may be incorrect. If the shipping rate is incorrect, monies will be credited back. Orders are shipped via Canada Post by ground or express/air unless otherwise asked.
